POEM :#JeSuisMoi

For centuries, we have bent to their cruelty
Like a slave to her master's loyalty
We have cried them tears and bled them blood
Knelt at their toes, called them brother and called them Lord

But no more we say, no more
We will bare our chests of the shirts they tore
We will tear the threads with which our mouths were sown
We will scream of pain in the loudest tone

Let them throw dynamites at our feet
And pile our headless bodies in their pits
Let them slit our throats like cows in the slaughter
And deride in their evil laughter



We will swallow it no longer
They world shall know that we too have anger
From the depths of our graves, our voices will thunder
No more barbarity, no more killings, none further

From the solitude of our cells, we scream PEACE!!!
No more wars, no more killings, let them all cease
Justice, peace, equity and equality
If we are denied these, we shall take them by our authority

We don't care if you're Muslim or christian
Black or white, Jew or German
What we want is what we want
Everybody like everybody else is important
We all have a right to life
We all deserve to live
Stop the killings.
